If the privilege of gun use is going to be expressed in the manner of killing a Congresswomen Gabrielle Giffords, then guns should be prohibited. This event reminds me of the Columbine tragic event, and what Missouri under went with bare arms legislations. If someone could be shot in a rally of course there should be strict enforcement on guns. It’s not fair for a citizen to be scared for their life to the point they want to own a gun. Personally I would report the felon to the authorities, and co-operate on an anti-bare arm petition.
