If I was given $1 million to combat any problem in the world, it would be to eliminate starvation, help rebuild schools, and help find a cure for HIV/AIDS. I chose starvation, helping rebuild schools, and help finding a cure for HIV/AIDS because many youths are dying of starvation, lack of education and are uneducated in protecting themselves from getting HIV/AIDS. From my donations, I would give a bright future to the unfortunate youths who are suffering from the conditions that they are currently in. My donations would help to eliminate poverty, starvation, and/or lack of education.
I would spend the money sparingly; I would donate $500,000.00 to support organizations that collect food to help them in their deliveries to families in need. I would donate $250,000 dollars to research labs to help find a cure for HIV/AIDS and I will also donate $250,000.00 to help rebuild schools, donate supplies to help those who are willing to learn a skill in order to be successful.
Many people are suffering from poverty because no one cares enough to help them. Poverty exists because of the lack of money and education. The consequences of the lack of education are known to be quite deadly.
