What Would Vandesha Walker Say to President Obama if She Could Speak with Him?

If I could spend 5 minutes with President Obama in the Oval Office to speak about one critical issue, I would talk about violence within teens. Many of our teens are dying because of the fact that they have been bullied. Some commit suicide and others are murdered. I would speak about this because this is a major issue in our communities and everybody is being affected by it. Having this go on brings danger to anyone around in the area. I would ask that he have laws made and have major consequences if any of the laws are broken.

What Would Joshua Hall Say to President Obama if he Could Speak with Him?

Hmmmm…….only 5 minutes with President Obama?  That’s a tough question.  I would probably talk about the conditions that children are forced to endure in Ghana. They experience modern day child slavery and it is still going on under the noses of the Ghanaian government.  As a human rights issue, I would ask him what we as Americans can do to force the Ghanaian government to move swiftly to bring an end to slavery of any kind.  On a local front, I would really like to know President Obama’s position on paying for a college education.  This I believe should be free to all who want it.  The children are the next leaders, why wouldn’t the country want to invest in our future leaders?

What Would Benjamin Goode Say to President Obama if he Could Speak with Him?

If I had a chance to speak with President Obama, I would ask him the following question: How do you fell about poverty? I would ask this because I am an advocate for the poor fighting against poverty. So I would like to hear his perspective.

What to Do About Students Low Reading Scores in New York by Benjamin Goode

As a student I think school should go about teaching in different ways every day. I think that teachers should make the work fun because fun attracts kids. Now the schools are being too strict on us kids, it makes us feel like we are in jail. The teachers and the school staff should be more loose on us but not that loose. They should be able to teach in a fun way and when things get to out of hand be able to cool use down and keep use on track.

What Would Donovan Rogers Say to President Obama if he Could Speak with Him?

Dear JFC Followers,

If I could spend five minutes with President Barack Obama in the Oval Office to speak about one critical issue, I would encourage him to keep his eye on the prize! Other people would have said gang violence or global warming etc., but I am focused on our future. No matter what any one person has negative to say about President Obama, I still think he is a one in a million kind of man. He is a man that you don’t get to meet very often. He is an astronomical leader and people fail to realize that. The Republican Party takes it upon them to belittle him when some Americans question whether he was the right choice. Well, I believe he is and if necessary I will stand-alone and say that against anyone who might not agree. I believe 200% in President Obama and that’s why I must have this conversation with him. I know firsthand when people try to knock you down by using words and sometimes it can get a little heavy! He just has to have faith that God is on his side.  If anyone can get us out of our economic crisis, it is President Barack Obama. For all you haters out there keep doing what you’re doing because what doesn’t break us can only make us stronger! If he gets stronger, there will be no doubt that he will prevail and be re-elected! This will be my birthday wish when I blow out those candles and President Obama has performed his prophecy…the prediction of a Black man changing the world and going down in history!

Your Friend,

Donovan Rogers
